What payment methods do you accept?

– We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

How do I change currency?

– Par-Tee Golf processes and charges orders in Canadian currency (CAD). Purchases may also be subject to currency conversion fees levied by your bank.

What is your return/exchange policy?

– Please refer to the RETURN POLICY page for details.

Where is my online order being shipped from?

– Your order will be processed at our warehouse located in Richmond, BC. Please note that in the case of a split order, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails to track each individual parcel.

Can I place an order online and do an In-Store Pickup?

– Currently, In-Store Pickup is available at our store located in Richmond, BC. You can select this option on the “Shipping Method” section of our checkout page. Please allow 12 hours for us to process your order. We will send you an email notification once payment is cleared. The credit card holder’s valid driver’s license or government photo ID and credit card used for the transaction will be required upon pickup security purposes.

I just placed an order, can I modify or cancel it?

– To request a modification or cancellation to your order, please contact us at email info@parteegolf.ca or call us at +1 (604) 674 – 8168 as soon as possible. We are constantly improving our processing time for our customers, and so Par-Tee Golf cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order once it is submitted.

Why has my photo ID and proof of address been requested?

– Your personal online security is important to us. To ensure the legitimacy of purchases made on our webstore, we must confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
