  1. We use email to send out our VIP membership tier benefits. During a limited-time event, the failure to active the benefits within the limited timeframe will be considered as forfeiting the benefits for that respective event.
  2. The presence of the registered member is required for ALL point redemptions.
  3. Combining points from different accounts is NOT permitted.
  4. If a refund occurs after a purchase, then the respective earned points will be deducted from your account without any further notice. If your points balance is not sufficient for the refund, then the points need to be topped up before the refund can be authorized. Gift cards and products from redeeming points are considered as final sales.
  5. The spending amount for purchasing a gift card does not earn points. However, using the gift card to purchase products earns points.
  6. Par-Tee Golf will conduct an annual analysis for all VIP members on January 1st in each year, and VIP members will receive their VIP membership tier benefits accordingly in the coming year. Par-Tee Golf will send out notifications regarding your current tier by email or phone. VIP membership tier will be adjusted based on the annual spending amount from last year.
  7. All purchases made using a VIP earned gift card, are subject to exchange only.
  8. Once a VIP earned gift card is redeemed, all prior transactions become a final sale.
  9. Product that are final sale, are available for exchange only, within 30-Days of original purchase.

A: Yes! We use a rate of 5 points per dollar to convert your transaction history from 2020-01-01 to 2022-12-20. Once your account is activated, we automatically convert your previous transaction history into your account.

A: Clearly and correctly state out the phone number registered with your account, and the points will be automatically enrolled into your account. Failure to state out the phone number will be considered as forfeiting the rights of collecting the respective points.

1/Checking and Redeeming in-store

You can inquire your points by visiting our stores in our Richmond and Downtown Vancouver location, or you can contact us at 604-674-8168 for your inquiry. Please visit our stores to redeem your points.

2/Checking online

You can join the membership at and be awarded 12,000 points after activation for free. You can also earn points by shopping online as well. If you wish to check your points balance online, simply login to your account and you can easily check the balance there. The option of redeeming points online will be available in the near future.
