Return & Exchange Policy

At Par-Tee Golf, your satisfaction is our biggest concern. To ensure the standard of our services and the satisfaction of all our customers, all products will be inspected before shipping, the following rules apply on all returns:

Order Cancellation:

  • Some products may not in sound condition or has defects on it, we'll modify or cancel the order if the product is no longer available.
  • Customers' cancellation request must be made within the first 30 minutes, otherwise the order won't be cancelled.
  • Order with sales & customized products are not eligible for cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • All returns must be made within 7 days from the purchasing date, while all exchanges must to be made within 14 days from the purchasing date.
  • All returns require the original invoices from your purchase.
  • All returns require the original packaging, price tags, and correlated items that were included.
  • Products must be in brand new with tags condition and have not been used/worn.
  • Refunds and exchanges for apparel will NOT be accepted if the attached “plastic tag” is tampered or altered.
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to have restocking fees of 5% of the purchase price.
  • Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested upon your refund.
  • Gift card and intangible products are not eligible for returns.

Gift Card – Return & Exchange Policy:

  • All purchases made using a VIP earned gift card, are subject to exchange only.
  • Once a VIP earned gift card is redeemed, all prior transactions become a final sale.
  • Product that are final sale, are available for exchange only, within 14-Days of original purchase.
  • All other Return & Exchange policies apply.

**PLEASE NOTE:

  • Customized and altered products are non-refundable.
  • All sales items may not go with accessories and covers.
  • All sales items are not eligible for any refunds.
  • Clearance items are subjects for FINAL sales. 
  • Flash sales are unable for exchanges, price adjustments and refunds.

For your convenience, you can choose to return the products through online or in-store, please find below the procedures for both online and in-store:

Online Procedures

  1. Please send an email with your invoice attached to info@parteegolf.ca regarding your return request.
  2. After we receive your request, we will notify you the instructions and the returning address.
  3. All returns are subjects for approval, the return window is valid for 14 days from date of approval. Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment once we received and finished examining the returning products.
  4. Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment, and the refund will normally be reflected in 5 – 10 business days, depending on the method of payment.

**PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for all the correlated shipping cost, and shipping expenses are non-refundable.

In-Store Procedures

  1. Please come into our store located on 5731 No.3 Road, Richmond, BC, Canada if you wish to return or exchange your purchase in-store. 
  2. Please bring the returning product and the original invoice into our physical store regarding your return or exchange request. 
  3. All returns are subjects for approval. Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment once we receive and examine the products.
  4. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested upon your refund if you decide to proceed your return in-store.

 

 

Professional Services:

Booking and Confirmation

  1. All private golf training sessions must be booked in advance through our website or customer service.
  2. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Advance Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered late cancellations.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
  • Free Reschedule: Each client is allowed one free reschedule per session without penalty, provided the reschedule request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Fees

  • Late Cancellation Fee: A fee equal to 100% of the session cost will be charged for late cancellations.
  • No-Show Fee: A fee equal to 100% of the session cost will be charged for no-shows.
