Return & Exchange Policy

At Par-Tee Golf, we care about your experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product is carefully inspected before leaving our store to ensure quality. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellations

  • If a product is found to be defective or unavailable, we may modify or cancel your order.
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this time, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • Sale items and customized products are not eligible for cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with original packaging, price tags, accessories, and the receipt.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. 
  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to process a refund.

Important Notes

  • For health and hygiene reasons, socks, masks, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized and altered products (including custom golf clubs) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sale items are final sale. Exchanges may be offered only if there is an issue with the product received.

Gift Card Policy

  • Purchases made with a VIP earned gift card are eligible for exchange only.
  • Once a VIP gift card is redeemed, all previous transactions become final sale.
  • Gift cards and other non-physical items are not eligible for return or refund.

Online Return & Exchange Procedure

  • Email your request to info@parteegolf.ca with your invoice attached.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address. The return window is valid for 14 days from the date of approval.
  • After receiving and inspecting your item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all related shipping costs, tariffs, taxes, and duties. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.

In-Store Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Visit our store at 5731 No.3 Road, Richmond, BC, Canada.
  2. Bring the product along with the original invoice.
  3. All returns are subject to approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested.
