In-Store Pickup

At Par-Tee Golf, we’re committed to providing excellent service and convenience. To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, we offer in-store order pickup at our Richmond location.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order
   • You can place an order online and select in-store pickup or delivery at checkout.
   • Alternatively, you may shop directly at our Richmond store.
2. Order Confirmation
   • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation by email or text with your order details and designated pickup location.
3. Pickup Process
   • When you arrive, proceed to the pickup counter. Our staff will assist you in retrieving your order.
4. Identification
   • Please bring a valid photo ID, the credit card used for purchase (if applicable), and your order confirmation (printed or digital). 
   • This step helps us ensure the security of your purchase.

Additional Notes

• Only the purchaser may pick up the order.
• Orders must be collected within 180 days of purchase. After this period, items will be considered forfeited.
