Insurance Coverage
Par-Tee Golf Insurance is a program provided by Par-Tee Golf that helps cover the risk of loss, damage, or destruction of Insured Goods while in transit. This insurance is facilitated through a relationship between you, the Company, and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
Par-Tee Golf Insurance covers the physical loss or damage to Insured Goods while in transit, subject to the terms and exclusions outlined in the Insurance Terms. Coverage includes risks such as theft, mishandling, or accidents during transportation.
Some common exclusions include damage to used or refurbished General Merchandise, Electronics, and Furniture, as well as items such as furs, radioactive materials, firearms, vehicles, machinery, and other prohibited or restricted items. No, Par-Tee Golf Insurance does not cover shipments containing prohibited items such as live animals, currency, precious metals, firearms, hazardous materials, and certain perishable goods. For a complete list of excluded items, see Section 8 of the Insurance Terms.
If your shipment is damaged or lost, you need to file a claim with the Company. Ensure that you have accurate details about the shipment, including the proof of cost and any supporting documentation. Claims may be refused if there are errors in the shipment details or if the shipment was inadequately packed.
Yes, you must use the Company’s platform to purchase insurance, and you must be legally able to enter into a contract with the Company.
The Insurance Terms may be updated from time to time. While the Company reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, cancellations or adjustments to coverage should be made through direct communication with Par-Tee Golf or their authorized representatives, as per the guidelines in the Insurance Terms.
