Our golf club brands' warranty policies

Warranty for TaylorMade Golf Clubs

TaylorMade Golf Canada, Limited (“TaylorMade”) guarantees to the original consumer that its golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for a period of two years from the original purchase date from an authorized retailer. To qualify for this warranty, consumers must provide proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt from the authorized retailer where the product was purchased, and the golf club must not have been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or damaged due to the actions or negligence of the consumer or a third party.

Clubs that have undergone standard modifications (such as reshafting or regripping) may still be covered by the warranty, as long as no damage resulted from those modifications. TaylorMade retains the right to determine whether any damage was caused by such modifications. Information regarding the introduction dates of golf clubs can be found on our website at www.taylormadegolf.ca. Please be aware that tour issue products are not intended for resale and are therefore excluded from warranty coverage.

Normal wear and tear is not included in this warranty.

If a defect in a genuine TaylorMade golf club is identified during the warranty period and the above conditions are met, TaylorMade will, at its discretion, either (1) replace the defective golf club with the same or a comparable product, or (2) refund the actual purchase price, minus reasonable depreciation based on actual usage, if the original club is no longer available. This is contingent upon the prompt return of the golf club to TaylorMade through an authorized dealer.

Warranty for Golf Balls and Accessories

TaylorMade also warrants that its golf balls and accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date from an authorized retailer. To qualify, consumers must present proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt from the authorized retailer and ensure that the product has not been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or damaged through the actions or negligence of the consumer or a third party.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.

If a defect appears in a genuine TaylorMade product during the warranty period and the conditions are met, TaylorMade will, at its discretion, either (1) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable item, or (2) refund the actual purchase price, minus reasonable depreciation, if the product is no longer available, upon prompt return to TaylorMade via an authorized dealer.

Limitations on Warranties for All TaylorMade Products

All warranty claims will be processed at TaylorMade's discretion, following the terms and conditions outlined above. For all products, any replacement will be warranted from the original purchase date, not from the date of replacement.

TaylorMade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of its products. No individual, agent, distributor, dealer, or third party is authorized to alter or extend the terms of these warranties in any way.

Warranty and Claim Procedures for All TaylorMade Products

For any questions or to initiate a warranty claim, please contact us by email: info@parteegolf.ca, or reach out to the Customer Service Department at 1-800-668-9883. Once the Customer Service Department confirms that the product is eligible for a warranty claim, a Return Authorization Number will be issued along with shipping instructions. This number must be prominently displayed on the exterior of the package containing the returned product for it to be accepted by TaylorMade’s warehouse. The issuance of a Return Authorization Number does not guarantee that the warranty claim will be accepted, as invalid warranty conditions may be identified upon receipt of the returned product. If the warranty claim is accepted, TaylorMade will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product. The replacement product will be shipped to the claimant at no additional charge.

Club Repairs and Customization

The Titleist club repair department handles general repairs, including reshafting, loft and lie adjustments, and regripping. To have Titleist repair or modify your club, please contact us by email: info@parteegolf.ca, who can discuss pricing and send the club to Titleist on your behalf.

Please note that repairs performed by third parties may compromise the integrity of the club and may result in it being unserviceable by Titleist.

Warranty Claim

While Titleist is dedicated to providing golfers with high-quality products, there may be instances where a warranty claim is necessary. If you receive a product with a material or workmanship defect, please return it to the place of purchase.

All parts of the product must be returned to the repair department, and the club must remain in its original factory condition. Any alterations to the club will void the warranty.

Tour-Issued Products

Products issued for tour use are not for resale and, consequently, are not covered by any warranty.

Refinishing Titleist Golf Clubs

Titleist does not provide refinishing services for metal clubs, irons, or wedges. While there are many reputable refinishing services globally, Titleist cannot monitor the quality of work from every facility, so we cannot recommend any specific service or guarantee their work.

Refinishing Scotty Cameron Putters

Some newer Scotty Cameron models can be refinished by Titleist. This service will only restore the putter to its original condition, with no custom options available. To have your Scotty Cameron putter refinished, please please contact us by email: info@parteegolf.ca, who can discuss pricing and send the putter to Titleist on your behalf.

Cleaning and Care for Titleist Golf Clubs

Titleist drivers, woods, hybrids, irons, and wedges can be cleaned with mild soap and water. After cleaning, dry them with a soft cotton cloth. Ensure that your clubs and headcovers are completely dry before storing them. Storing clubs in wet headcovers can lead to rust and corrosion, which may not be covered by the warranty.

Cleaning and Care for Carbon Steel Scotty Cameron Putters

The unique feel of certain Scotty Cameron putters is due to their milled carbon steel heads, which are susceptible to oxidation and rust if left damp. To maintain the natural finish of these putters, please follow these guidelines:

  • Always dry your putter at the end of the day; we recommend drying it a few times during your round.
  • Always use a dry headcover.
  • Never leave your putter in damp or cold environments.

The Gun Blue, Oil Can, and Teryllium series putters are particularly prone to oxidation, so please adhere to these guidelines closely. The Pro Platinum finish is more durable due to the protective plating, but care should be taken to avoid dings that can lead to rust.

Contact Authorized Dealers

Par-Tee Golf is one of our authorized dealers in North America. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out at info@parteegolf.ca.

Each Honma club comes with a hologram label that verifies its authenticity, provided it is purchased directly from Honma Golf or from an authorized retailer, distributor, or dealer. This label grants the buyer access to our two-year warranty program.

If your club experiences a defect due to manufacturing issues, you can seek warranty services at the retailer where the product was originally purchased. Please present your original receipt or another form of proof that is accepted by the retailer.

It is important to note that the determination of warranty coverage is at Honma Golf's sole discretion. Additionally, please be aware that removing the hologram label may void the warranty.
