We're a North America authorized dealer from various brands, all products sold by Par-Tee Golf are authenticate.

Package:

The goods will be packed by using materials provided by Par-Tee Golf and it will comply with the requirements of the logistics provider.

Clubs' Headcover:

If a product is sold at a discounted price like clearance, it may not come with a headcover subject to availabilities. For more information, please consult our representative.

Returns Policy

• All returns must be made within 7 days from the purchasing date, while all exchanges must to be made within 14 days from the purchasing date.
• All returns require the original invoices from your purchase. All returns require the original packaging, price tags, and correlated items that were included.
• Products must be in brand new with tags condition and have not been used/worn.
• Refunds and exchanges for apparel will NOT be accepted if the attached “plastic tag” is tampered or altered.
• Returns and exchanges are subject to have restocking fees of 5% of the purchase price.
• Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment.
• A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested upon your refund.
• Discounted product is not eligible for any refunds unless it has quality defects.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Order Cancellation

• Some products may not in sound condition or has defects on it, we'll modify or cancel the order if the product is no longer available.
• Customers' cancellation request must be made within the first 30 minutes, otherwise the order won't be cancelled.
Order with sales & customized products are not eligible for cancellation.

Shipping

We can ship to virtual address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Canada Shipment

Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Orders are shipped from Richmond, BC or Vancouver, BC and take one to seven business days to process, in addition to the delivery times shown.

Canada Taxes

• British Columbia (BC) – 7% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Alberta (AB) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Saskatchewan (SK) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Manitoba (MB) – 8% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Ontario (ON) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
• Quebec (QC) – 9.975% PST on the total of the merchandise and freight plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• New Brunswick (NB) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
• Nova Scotia (NS) – 15% HST on merchandise and freight
• Prince Edward Island (PE) – 14% HST on merchandise and freight
• Newfoundland (NL) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight Northwest Territories (NT) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Yukon (YT) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Nunavut (NU) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight

Canadian taxes are not collected on orders shipped outside of Canada. However, orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. These fees are collected by the carrier or brokerage company and customers are responsible for paying them. Par-Tee Golf is unable to give estimates for these fees. The United States Shipment

1. Coverage Overview

Par-Tee Golf Insurance provides protection for Insured Goods during transit, including LTL Shipments and Courier Shipments.

The insurance covers physical loss or damage caused by external factors during transit, from the Pickup Location to the Destination.

2. Claims Process

If an incident occurs, such as loss or damage during shipping, the customer may receive a Claims Payout based on the Total Insured Value of the goods.

The insurance policy covers up to a prescribed amount per shipment and per conveyance (depending on the insurance plan).

3. Eligibility for Coverage

• The customer must purchase Par-Tee Golf Insurance and provide accurate information at the time of purchase, including shipping details and declared value.
• Proof of cost (e.g., receipts, invoices) is required for the customer to be reimbursed.

4. Exclusions

• Claims may be denied if the shipment was addressed incorrectly, or is found to be fraudulent.

5. Modifications

The insurance terms can be updated or revised, and customers should regularly review the terms for any changes.

6. Limitations

There are specific exclusions for different types of goods, such as used or refurbished electronics, furniture, or merchandise, and claims for ordinary wear and tear or environmental damage.

7. Replacement of Goods

If a claim is accepted, the customer may receive compensation to replace or repair the damaged or lost goods, based on the Total Insured Value.

In essence, by purchasing Par-Tee Golf Insurance, customers are protected against physical loss or damage to their goods during shipping, with the potential for compensation to replace the goods if an incident occurs. However, the coverage has exclusions, and accurate shipping details must be provided for a successful claim.
